Mexico SSC(Shared Service Centre) Feasibility Validation Support

Before implementing a full-scale Shared Service Center,
have you considered testing part of your operations in Mexico first?

This service is designed for companies that are already considering SSC structures,
but want to validate feasibility through a limited, controlled experiment
before committing to a full rollout.

Purpose of This Service

The objective is to assess whether your planned SSC-related activities can be operated in Mexico with real cost and efficiency advantages,
under actual local conditions — not theoretical assumptions.

We focus on answering questions such as:

  • Can the targeted functions realistically operate from Mexico?
  • Do cost advantages remain after considering operational complexity?
  • What risks or constraints emerge in real execution?
  • What conditions are required for success?

Scope of Support

This service is not an implementation service.

We do not provide:

  • Hiring or recruitment
  • Daily operational execution
  • Ongoing task management
  • Outcome or cost guarantees

Our scope is strictly limited to:

  • Operational design and structure
  • Definition of decision criteria
  • Feasibility validation
  • Advisory on practical execution risks

Our Role During This Validation Phase

While operational execution remains client-driven,
we actively support this validation phase so that client teams can focus on evaluating feasibility and making informed decisions, rather than being distracted by local uncertainty.

Specifically, we support clients by:

  • Advising on Mexico’s legal and labor frameworks relevant to SSC-style operations,
so compliance considerations do not become an obstacle during validation
  • Providing local, on-the-ground insight into Mexican business practices, organizational norms, and operational risks,
enabling leadership teams to assess plans through a realistic local lens
  • Identifying structural, governance, and management issues that may affect scalability
  • Translating operational findings into decision-ready insights for HQ-level discussion

Our objective is to ensure that clients can concentrate on testing assumptions and evaluating feasibility,
while we help navigate the legal, labor, and cultural realities that shape outcomes in Mexico.

Positioning of This Engagement
This engagement is intended as a pre-implementation validation step, positioned between:
Strategic planning ⟶ Pilot validation(Poc) ⟶ Full SSC implementation
Rather than replacing internal planning,
we help refine it by introducing local operational reality into the decision process.

Limited Initial Offering

This service is currently offered as an initial pilot engagement.

To ensure depth and quality, we are limiting the number of companies we support during this phase.

For early-stage clients, the engagement is offered under special conditions:

  • Scope limited to back-office related functions
  • No execution, hiring, or delivery guarantees included
  • Final execution remains fully client-driven

Decision Ownership

All final decisions remain entirely with the client.

Our role is to organize the information, decision points, and available options
based on Mexico’s operational, legal, and organizational realities —
so leadership teams can make informed decisions with confidence.
